If one took the initiative to learn Dr. NO, he would veto unConstitutional legislation. That's what he would do. And while congress was frustrated trying to overrule his veto, he would be busy undoing unConstitutional executive orders.

It's a rEVOLution. It's legal...and no guns are needed. It's a peaceful by vote return to Constitutional rule of law.
