The DemonRATs will fight you into the gutter. This is why the Republicans will compromise rather than get down and dirty. They are afraid that after the DemonRATs have them rolling in the mud with them they will get so dirty that no amount of scrubbing will get them clean.

I have another take. We should fight tooth and nail for the cause of truth. There is no compromising with them. If they can sit on their hands during President Bush’s State of the Union Address, they are beyond any thought of working with them. That night showed their true colors before the entire nation. The idea that John McCain will know how to work with the DemonRATs is a myth. Anyone who indulges in such thinking should just start walking down the Santa Monica Pier to catch a ride on the Mother Ship.
