Personal view of the efforts to deliver Missouri For McCain-Palin
TOPICS: Missouri; Campaign News
Here in Missouri the GOTV efforts continue relentlessly. My wife and I are happy to be a part but cannot hold a candle to some of the folks who are putting in herculean efforts to deliver Missouri. At this hour (Monday Morning)I find myself more optomistic than at any time in the last few weeks. Seeing the tirelessness of the war hero and his VP Governor Palin, coupled with the energy of the ground crew here in Missouri I see a real chance to carry Missouri for McCain-Palin and our Gubernatorial candidate, Kenny Hulshof. Never give up, never give up, never-ever give up. Bogeyman

4 years ago, I lived in MO and was a small part of the volunteer campaign. I hated calling people so I volunteered to do the boring paperwork that no one else wanted to do.
I’m glad you are confident. The winner of MO has taken the White House since 1900 except twice (1900 and 1956).

Of course there are no guarantees in politics. That said, I see evidence that we are moving up in Missouri and believe that it is possible. All we need to do is turn out our people and I think we win.
Kenny has an uphill battle with a guy who has been running for years as the AG. In that case I am also cautiously optomistic.
