It has been over a month since the democrats swept the election and in true demo fashion, some are still refusing to let go of the battles this simply did not win....
Considering the gains they've made in the 2006 election as well as the 2008 election, you think their need for world domination would be satiated...but in keeping with the tradition of being a whiny liberal, it is not.
In the still "undecided" Minnesota Senate race, comedian turned politician Al Fraken is still holding on to some hope that he can take this race from incumbent Senator Norm Coleman. Yesterday Franken demanded that the Secretary of State of Minnesota employ every avenue possible to locate some "missing" 133 votes. Franken's attorney Marc Elias states: "The integrity of the Minnesota electoral process is also at stake." Camp Fraken believes that these 133 ballots will favor Franken by 46 votes and solidify Coleman's defeat.

What is the Official count at? Has the Minnesota AG declared a winner or are they still in the process of tabulation?

It is interesting that they seem to know that they will beat Coleman by 46 votes. That implies that there are 90 (rounding) votes for Franken and 43 for Coleman.
Gee how do they know this? /s
