Scott McInnis could win if he ran, but likely he will not run.
Josh Penry used to work for McInnis; he would be good but does not have that strong of a base statewide yet.
Many more illegals and liberals from other states who tilt the balance from just a few years ago.
McInnis is a pro-abort. Seems like Penry is moving quickly away
from the right.
