You are right, I voted for Perot in '92. I will never make that mistake again.

Since then I have held my nose and voted for Dole, Bush and McCain. (That did me a lot of good.)

I must admit that last year I voted for the (libertarian) democrat that was running against Lindsey Graham. That was equally fruitless.

Unfortunately some people never learn, refuse to face reality, and keep helping the Democrats, while they are telling us what “pure” conservatives they are.

Their intentions might be good, but we all know where the road paved with good intentions leads.

I hope that some of them at least will take a good look at where we ended up because they were unwilling to vote for the GOP candidate who has the best chance of beating the Democrat, so the Dems keep beating us and taking full control of the country.

Many were cheering the election of Pelosi and Obama, because they considered them “better than a RINO”. I hope they will be happy paying all the new taxes and not being able to get medical care, because of the Obama rationing — how else do you think they will “keep costs down”? All people have to do is look at the healthcare in the UK and Canada.

It is nonsense to even consider a third party. The only way to defeat the marxist dimwits is to stick together and shove their butts out of office and keep them out. We want to make them wish they were living in Cuber or Chevez Land. If I had my way about it - well - I will just keep my fantasy to myself. But who knows - maybe my fantasy will come true someday and I would truly enjoy it. Check one from column A, one from Column B, etc, etc, etc.

There were House and Senate races that were also affected.
If the loons who voted for the Third Party candidate in Oregon instead of the Republican. The Republican would be Senator today instead of the Democrat.

Same story with many House races.

Just finished watching the vote on BomaCare

All Republicans voted against it.

The next Idiot who says no difference between Republicans and Democrats should be committed to the nearist Psych ward.

You are both correct, but its more than that.

The O story was intentionally concealed. The views expounded by national figures that “this guy came out of nowhere, no one knows him” was intentionally fabricated nonsense.

O told us what he was before the election and he told us what he was going to do to our nation.

The MSM and Juan simply failed to demonstrate this Marxist was a Marxist.

The problem with California is the far left legislature — the governor has no power. Until the people are willing to get rid of those legislators, no governor can turn the state around.

As someone said above it’s a “teachable moment”.

If people don’t learn from this — the disastrous impact of having the Dems in full control — there is no hope for this country.

This is the time for all conservatives, moderates, AMERICANS to stand together against socialist/communist tyranny.

We don’t need this crap. Most of us voted for the Rino’s including McCain. Democrats and their idiot voters did this. Quit blaming us.

To the writer: By golly, you are right. We should just shut up and eat the sh*t we are fed. (/SARCASM)

Why not stick your head in the warm dark place it just popped out of and push until you disappear?

We told you this would happen, but people insisted on the same assemblage of RINOs who did no better at listening to Conservatives than the Socialists. How is that our fault? We will continue to stand for what we believe in, join us or not.

Now, I did not 'sit it out', and I did not vote third party, but I was d@mned unhappy with the guy at the top of the ticket. If America found Mr. "reach across the aisle" McAmnesty unpalatable, well, how is that our fault?

I voted for the nice lady from Alaska, but the country-club type people ballyhooing about 'electability' were so busy cutting her down, I wasn't sure what party they were from.

At least one thing is certain, there is a clear choice now.

In defense of the people who live in the state east of mine, Franken (or sympathizers) stole the election. Or did you forget that point?

It takes TWO to tango.

Maybe the RNC should focus more on selecting conservative candidates and less on making the tent bigger. Diluting the message just makes you a bunch of whining, spineless, yellow bellied losers. Voters want a strong message and conviction the message given will make life better. The left succeeded this last round and now we need the same from the right.

Conservatives and libertarians need to come together and focus on the top priorities and sort the rest out later. Fiscal discipline alone should be enough to keep us united for decades.

You didn’t like the Republican version of dealing with illegal immigration, now you are going to get the Dem version, with “path to citizenship”. I hope you are happy.

Dems appear in control on health care...Obama promises immigration reform

http://www.9and10news.com/Category/Story/?id=214959&cID=3

“President Barack Obama has told thousands of immigration reform demonstrators he’s still committed to working with Congress on the matter this year. Obama, who promised to make overhauling the immigration system a top priority in his first year, presented a video message on giant screens at the National Mall.”

“Uh, the Socialist-Lite GOP idiots are the reason we are here...”

Bingo!
Meant to add to my #25, MSM, Juan and the entire Republican party....

(Si vis pacem, para bellum. = 9mm para bellum - at least for close work, otherwise I prefer my M1 30.06 although considering 5.56 with a scope for head shots.)

Old Man McKennedy had no chance. None. He more than likely would have lost to Hillary. If you can’t motivate the base you blame yourself and your lackluster campaign, not the base. McKennedy never even really went for the throat. Finally, America was truly betrayed by the press. The fourth estate is a fifth column.
