Top Democrats are firing back at House candidate Ben Quayle, son of former Vice President Dan Quayle, for running a new campaign ad that slashes President Obama by calling him "the worst president in history."
Brad Woodhouse, spokesman for the Democratic National Committee, told CNN that the candidate for a U.S. House seat from Arizona has no standing to judge Obama.
"The son of the worst vice president ever may think he has some wisdom on the job performance of political leaders, but if he thinks a president whose actions have saved the country from a second Great Depression, reformed a broken health care system and protected consumers from the risk and greed of Wall Street merits such mention, his analysis is only slightly less ridiculous than his candidacy for public office is," said Woodhouse.(continued)

AND, when I worked with him in the Senate, he was one of the brightest stars in the firmament. He authored the Jobs Creation Act (workfare) and he is the father of the patriot missile. Of course, don’t expect the mainstream media SOBs to every acknowledge any of that.

What a peculiar statement by Brad. He must've meant that Ben wasn't qualified to comment because he doesn't have a press pin and a Che flag.

Being originally from Indiana, Dan Quayle got a real bad rap ! I know the big reason was he didn’t go to the elite east coast schools like most Washington politicians and was an average person and made average grades in school. Now they are going to try the same crap on his son as well.
In my opinion, an average joe can run things a lot better than these snot nosed kids from an elite background. Also the average joe is not out of touch like the elitists.

The teacher gave Quayle a list of the spelling words. When the boy spelled ‘potato’ correctly, Quayle looked at the card given to him by the teacher who had mispelled it. I don’t know if she did it on purpose but the press-smear that followed worked like a charm to tag him as stupid.
Why? Because he exposed the nattering nabobs of negativism?
