The Republicans greatest fear is winning control of this mess and having to be responsible. The Democrats are in charge and trying their best to blame Bush. As a complete cynic I think they will both try to lose and blame Obama. There is not a thing either party can do to stave off the coming complete collapse of the Federal, State, and Local Ponzi scheme they have perpetrated on unaware citizens. Both will attempt to lose and blame the other.
