“Both O and Emanuel were reading from notes”

Anything like this is scripted.

He’s leaving for some strategic reason, I have no doubts.

Democratic operative Bob Beckel on Fox News just predicted the Rahm would win Chicago Mayor’s election “handily” in his words.

"You buying it?"

Clearly not. I am buying that he is no ordinary American politician. He is willing to destroy the country to remake it as he sees fit.

Bob Beckel doesn’t live in Chicago, does he? Unless there’s a lot of “fishy” voting going on (LOL), I can’t imagine him winning. I think there are several others who are ahead of him. However, anything can and does happen in Chicago. It’s going to be interesting.

A banner on TV now: Obama Saved the World from the Second Great Depression

Ha! When the Fed's QE Ponzi scheme ends, we'll be in worse shape than we were in the Great Depression. When it happens, obama is going to have a breakdown. You can only prop up the markets for so long.

“He’s leaving for some strategic reason, I have no doubts.”

Conveniently, he’s going to run for mayor of Chicago. Would be hilarious if he loses.

I’d rather have him screwing up Chicago than in Washington, screwing up the country.

What would happen if Rahm Emanuel leaving the White House was reported as Sarah Palin leaving as Governor of Alaska

he’s just plain crazy and you’re just wasting your time trying to make sense of his erratic behavior. This is the theory suggested by CBS News

A few years ago, the President chose Rahm Emanuel to do a job. Yesterday, he told him that he just didn't want to do it anymore. www.businessinsider.com

America isn't big on quitters--and with good reason. When you give someone the responsibility to do something, it is at best annoying (and, at worst, devastating) to have them say, "Thanks, but I just don't want to do it anymore." www.businessinsider.com

It's not clear exactly why he's turning his back on the citizens of America, but people suspect he has his sights set on the Chicago Mayor race. TMZ

On Friday, Rahm Emanuel said he was stepping down because "only dead fish 'go with the flow.' " But far from swimming upstream, he's the latest proof that for Democrats in government, the tide is out. Slate

Moreover, Emanuel was facing what would have been a hugely embarrassing change in Congress. Huffington Post

"However, anything can and does happen in Chicago."

"I agree, screw Chicago!"

This was the cheapest campaign commercial that Rahm will ever get and it was seen nationally. And this was his coronation as the next King of Chicago. It was not a casual mention back in April when Rahm said "IF" Daley were to not run, he would love to be mayor. Poli-Speak for "Daley screwed up and let Blago run wild, and then internationally embarrassed BO by losing the Olympic bid and now needs to go away."

If you don't believe Rahm won't be the next mayor of Chicago, then you don't know why we are stuck with BO in the White House. Map the democratic party and tell me where the crossroads are!

I thought I heard that Rahm was not a Chicago resident, Therefore ineligible to run for the office.
