Julie's out to lunch. An Arkansas Democrat is virtually indistinguishable from Gov. Huckabee. Gov. Palin "knows how to govern people who agree with her. Governing those who may not march in lockstep requires more finesse." So she knows absolutely nothing about Governor Palin's history aside from Tina Fey's impersonation, is that it?
I can't wait for "you-know-who" and his platoon to arrive...

No brainer. Gomer or Homer (Alaska)?
To: 2ndDivisionVet
Palin first
Alan Keyes second
Huckabee third.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
Neither. I like them both as people, but Huckabee is a RINO and Palin would be fighting upstream from one attack after another from the left, dominating the news cycle 24/7.

Supporters of Sarah Palin seem to view her as the second coming of Christ, and given her self-appointed code name of "North Star," it seems that she agrees with them. Speculation on a 2012 presidential run by Palin almost sounds as if her candidacy is divinely ordained. Next thing we know, she'll tell us she was born in a barn because all the hospital beds were occupied.
Complete and total disrespect for Christianity.

None of the above. John Thune or Bobby Jindal.

Anyone that the left/media thinks is our favorite or is likely to be a good candidate is going to get blasted 24/7. Get ready for it.

No matter who's the GOP nominee, they're going to get torched by the DNC/media anyway.
Palin has been through the fire and is completely vetted. She also has a better grasp of the issues and can draw a sharp contrast with Obama. With Huckabee, they'll say he "agrees" with Obama on amnesty and nanny-statist polices.
The moment Huckster gets the nominee, the media will unload with stories about his pardons, corruption, and fiscally liberal policies.

Governor Palin.
John Bolton.
At this point, I see no one else that remotely interests me.

They hate her and they can’t stop thinking about her.
It must suck to be a leftist Palin-hater and forced by your own feverish brain to think about the object of your hate day and night, night and day. It especially must suck to be a jealous-bitch leftist Palin-hater like this one.
But you know what... I don’t feel sorry for this one or any of them. Because they hate America, too.
To: MissesBush
Jindal has already ruled himself out, besides he’s unappealing and bland. And Thune is a Senator. Conservatives aren’t going to get behind another legislator.
To: apoxonu
So you think that choosing Palin would lead to the start of a new trend, of the media being hostile to the Republican Presidential candidate?

Palin of course, there NO WAY IN “H”, I’d ever vote for that HALF-ASSED preacher!

The left MSM doesn’t like us. Period. If they back a Republican it’s one who’s as liberal as we can run... Then when that person gets the nomination, the MSM switches to the REAL dem - and back him. Look at McCain. He was the MSM darling. Do you think any of them voted for him?

I’m voting for Palin in 2012, the only question is if it is a write in vote or if she will have a R next to her name. Shuckster would be an even worse choice than McCain.
