Jindal’s both parents were in US legally on immigrant visa which is also known as green card. It is a permanent resident visa and a precursor to applying for citizenship.

There is no clearcut definition of “natural born citizen”.
And you betcha it won’t happen during the Obama regime.

Incorrect. His mother was on a student visa and his father was on a "student's spouse" visa. They were not permanent residents.

They later used Jindal's anchor-baby status as leverage to get green cards and ultimately naturalization.
