I know there are a lot of Palin fans out there, and, for good reason.
I’ve long maintained that she can’t win the general, and I still say that.
Remember Christine O’Donnell? Remember how some Freepers were so convinced that the polls were wrong, and that she was going to pull it off?
She lost by 17 pts, just like the polls said she would, no matter how many times otherwise very intelligent Freepers dissected polls, added their *own* special sauce, etc.
So will Palin, IMHO.

I wouyld not dissmiss the above analysis off hand. Simply because it was written by a leftie. Yes there may be a lot of wishful thinking in there but I think our side has become too cocksure of itself and that is dangerous. We need to run as if we are losing badly and we need to win at any cost or we will lose in 2012.

Looking forward to the bus tour. It would be fitting if she’d announce at a battlefield actually. Don’t know when, but she’s up for it and her strength and tenacity are admirable. Our country is lucky to have such a fearless woman in the mold of a Margaret Thatcher. She’s going to shake it up and they know it.
