Where are those who attacked Clarence Thomas, but are defending Weiner?
We have a literal flasher in Congress, and they don't care.

Wiener showed EXTREMELY poor judgment, poor character, and a complete lack of integrity. These are not the qualities we expect of the elected officials that we entrust the reins of power to. What’s more, he is an elected congressman sitting in the people’s house so that makes this the people’s business, not just “something between him and his wife”. I would say the same if he were a Republican and I do whenever one of them reveals themselves to be similarly lacking as does most everyone else here at free republic. Bottom line, Wiener has demonstrated that he is unfit for the office he holds and he should take the hint and walk away now before this gets any uglier for him, his party, and our country.
AGREE...and what about putting himself in a blackmail position with access to secret and govt information.

When I put on the hip-waders and ventured into the DUmp a while ago, the spew there was all about going after Clarence Thomas next, if they end up putting the fork in Weiner. Someone asked how in hell the guy was “going after” him since a Supreme Court appointment is for life, but you know the DUers never let facts get in the way of a good whine.
Weiner’s a world wide laughingstock and so are the democrats that defend him.

You know, your question jogged my memory a bit. I don’t think anyone has brought up this gem that Wiener was pushing earlier this year. Had to do with men’s genitalia as well.
