Anyone who has spent more than 10 minutes listening to Cuomo speak will tell you that as an oroator, a campaigner, he is far more annoying then even Biden.

Cuomo wants OUT of NY...his so-alled budget fixes haven't done anything..the state is about to implode in the next year or so..and there ain't gonna be any $$$ coming from DC to bail him out..

Biden would replace Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. Cuomo is said to be eyeing.............................. WHAT? Coumo is going to “quit” his job as Governor?
