Next to Mittens, the MSM will push him as hard as they can. Because a squishy Texas governor has as good a chance of winning as a squishy MA governor with the added attraction of being a Mormon. That’s how they are pushed. Mittens (sure loss) followed by Perry (90% sure loss).
My not very important thoughts on Perry are that he seems like an attractive candidate an all and would probably do well. But who is he? I guess we may find out. I just don’t think we need anyone who doesn’t really intend to scorch Obama at every turn. I’d rather we lose with principle. Obama’s going to be very hard to beat, a lot of foks disagree with that. But it’s true, the media will be running interference for him so why not have someone like Palin or Bachmann who will call him out on a national stage? They’ll have to do it through commercials and speeches because there’s no way he will “subject” himself to more than one debate with either Michelle or Sarah if that.
