Something Todd said at Rolling Thunder made me think she's got a green light and it's GAME ON. This reinforces my gut feeling.
Then add to that her love for America and her personal talents like solution solving and making her voice heard and effective.
She could easily do as she did in 2010 and help other candidates win races. She wasn't running then and she was still the one most in the limelight. If she concludes that an announced candidate can do the job she could work hard for them. She could even be a VP candidate again if she thinks she can be most effective that way.
She is still young. She could help a lot of candidates this time and get a majority in the Senate and improve our majority in the House. That would turn this country around.
If Obama were to win through massive fraud, the only way, she could reconsider in four years or if a Republican wins she could look at it again in eight years.
I think her ego is strong enough that she doesn't need the power and that her love of country and of what is right are strong enough to keep her in the picture.
I like Sarah Palin but she's no Maggie Thatcher.
Maggie is smarter, better educated, more knowledgeable and experienced in matters of public policy and statecraft, she is far more articulate, and she is as formidable as a lion.
Sarah's no Maggie. Not even close.
We should know by Labor Day, she’ll likely announce yay or nay on that weekend.
I don't have one clear favorite.
Right now only Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry, and Sarah Palin seem at all acceptable to me.
And two of those are undeclared.
I'm not real happy yet.
We should know by Labor Day, shell likely announce yay or nay on that weekend.
Very possible that the Iowa event she is speaking at on Sep. 3 will either be an announcement of her candidacy or an endorsement of another candidate..... We’ll see..
What she said in India in March has no bearing on the specific tumult currently taking place between Boehner and Reid. She hasn’t spoken directly to that except to say “we’re watching you.” I find it odd.
Yes, she went to Oxford, but if THAT sways you, you must "love"/be impressed by Obama, Clinton, and everyone else who has gone to an ivy here.
America's and England's government systems are really different, so we are kind of talking apples and oranges here. Still and all, Maggie being the head of the Ed. department, as she worked her way up the ladder, being a backbencher, and finally becoming Prime Minister, is not all that different from Palin's road.
If Palin spoke with a "plummy" accent, would you be more impressed with her? LOL
Hardly anyone is particularly “happy” with the GOP announced candidates, to date.
