DES MOINES, Iowa Occupy Iowa protesters who have been camping out for weeks at a Des Moines park say theyll ask people across the country to protest this winter at candidates headquarters in the final weeks before the states leadoff presidential caucuses.
The Iowa caucuses are scheduled for Jan. 3.
The Des Moines Register (http://bit.ly/s465nm ) reported that a group of the protesters voted Monday night to put out the call to like-minded activists, asking them to endure a cold Iowa winter to make their views known to candidates who flock to the state.
Frank Cordaro, a longtime Des Moines activist and former Catholic priest, suggested the idea, saying if activists arent allowed into campaign offices, they could block entrances.
You go inside or if they wont let you in, you shut em down. You sit in front of their doors, Cordaro said....

LOL....only Democrats would think camping out in Iowa in late December to early January sounds like a great idea.
I’d say that the Candidates response to these protestors should be (in Christian love-and conservative American civility): ‘Don’t hate them; just Debate them!’, afterall I believe conservatism CAN and will win when confronting liberal arguments..

That’s only true if facts and logic suddenly become relevant again. When liberals debate, that’s normally not the case.
Their very movement is based on the 1st Amendment right to peaceably assemble to seek redress from their government. That same amendment guarantees free speech, a right they intend to shut down for their opponents. Pleasing the Left is impossible short of surrender. That is their true motive, our surrender.
