The Republican “Establishment” consists largely of policy weenies and wonks, “old money” inheritors, and ancient armchair cases who worshiped Robert Taft. They have always been in over their heads and wish to play golf rather than fight for anything that even vaguely resembles a “principle”.
Oh la! Let’s hope so! Better we scrap the GOP and begin anew with a valid new party , the Tea Party!
