I'm one of the few true conservatives in Mass. Proud member of the Independence Tea Party here. We differ from other Tea party's in Mass. because we are strongly socially conservative as well as fiscally.
Why is the knee jerk reaction on this site to attack someone as a phony or a troll if they simply state an opinion? Let me ask you? Right now, what amount would you pay and how far would you travel to listen to a Sarah Palin speech? How about if she was a declared candidate? Can you at least admit she knew there would likely be a great difference in those answers?

Since you arrived here 20 days ago, I will give you a pass. I was all set to raise $2 million dollars for her campaign and will hopefully do so someday. I worked for President Reagan and know the real thing when I see it.

I have waited in long lines as a body and as a car to hear Sarah speak. It was worth it. I was once a few feet from her podium and had to stand there for a couple hours and hear a bunch of shmucks speak first. She was the real deal to me, a “hero” tried by fire, brave, truthful. Exactly what I wanted in a leader.
Today if she were speaking a few miles away, and i could nab a good seat, honestly, just the act of finding a babysitter would put me off going. I am actually sad to think this out loud but it’s true. She has deeply disappointed me. I know I’d find a way to get to see Herman Cain.
