Bachmann picked up an endorsement from Phyllis Schlafly today.
I really want someone with executive experience who has accomplished something, especially against crony capitalism, fraud and corruption and for entrepreneurship, job creation, shrinking government and a strong defense.
Correct. Santorum needs to set out his life story to connect with ordinary voters.
Personally,
I am leaning towards Michelle now. I think she has most of the qualities we need in a leader.
Is she perfect? Of course not. But she is the most conservative candidate we have right now.
That should give her a boost. I’m frustrated we seem to expect every candidate to have all the knowledge and answers before they even get elected. She believes as I do, she loves our country, and she has willingly volunteered to serve. I was sort of relieved when Pence bowed out. I hated to see his family subjected to the whole circus that comes along with running. I think Michelle seems to be holding up well, and addressing things I want to hear about. I’m not following intensely close yet for fear of overdosing, but I’m listening.
Lighten up. You’re too serious.

Yes, but he also needs to lighten up a little and show his sense of humor. It’s a delicate balance, I know, for a politician to come across as serious and sober but also amiable.
It is obvious that he is a hard-working guy, who will do his utmost in whatever job he has, but he also has to come across as a man people would enjoy sitting down with for a beer or a cup of coffee. With a houseful of kids as he has, he’s got to have a great sense of humor.
Okay.
