In 1995 Ron Paul Touted His Newsletter

In 1992 Ron Pauls newsletter said this:

======================== Paul, writing in his independent political newsletter in 1992, reported about unspecified surveys of blacks."Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5 percent of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty and the end of welfare and affirmative action,"Paul wrote.

Paul continued that politically sensible blacks are outnumbered "as decent people." Citing reports that 85 percent of all black men in the District of Columbia are arrested, Paul wrote:

"Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the `criminal justice system,' I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal," Paul said.

Paul also wrote that although "we are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers." ...

He added, "We don't think a child of 13 should be held responsible as a man of 23. That's true for most people, but black males age 13 who have been raised on the streets and who have joined criminal gangs are as big, strong, tough, scary and culpable as any adult and should be treated as such." ==========================

I know this may be a tough pill to swallow for all the "Paulites" here, but swallow it you must!

I guess the Stormfront crowd knows the score and that's why they have always given support to Paul.

This also tends to explain some of the fanatical support Paul gets.

I read some of these newsletters and they are all written in the first person. I don’t see how he can slide on explaining what his motivation was for sending these letters out. Even if believe Lew Rockwell wrote them for him, he still had his name on the letters and should be forced to answer why the concepts in the letters were ok with him.

The Paul cult members will still say he had nothing to do with them because he told them so. Maybe Alex Jones will be able to come up with a good conspiracy theory to defend the crackpot racist and then feed the talking points to the cult. This video has to have some Illuminati or New World Order (which Paul believes in) tie for them.

The actual letters with Paul’s name at the top, signature at the bottom, writing in a very personal first person and more didn’t convince them, so this probably won’t either.

Rockwell denies ghost writing the screeds for him. But it looks like birds of a feather......

..................
Rockwell served as Ron Paul’s congressional chief of staff from 1978 to 1982.[4][5] He has maintained a working relationship with Paul over the years, as a contributing editor to “The Ron Paul Investment Letter”;[6] as a consultant to Paul’s 1988 Libertarian Party campaign for President of the United States;[7] and as vice-chair of the exploratory committee for Paul’s spirited run for the 1992 Republican Party nomination for president.[8]
In early 2008, libertarian publication Reason published a story discussing several racially charged articles that appeared in the Ron Paul newsletter. The Reason piece asserted that “a half-dozen longtime libertarian activists—including some still close to Paul” had identified Rockwell as the “chief ghostwriter” of the Ron Paul newsletters published from “roughly 1989 to 1994.” According to Reason, Rockwell has denied responsibility for the disputed material and has called the accusations “hysterical smears aimed at political enemies.”[9]........................................................

Lew Rockwell’s web site features a selection of articles, including positions opposing war and imperialism along with occasional articles criticizing the presidency of Abraham Lincoln.[16] The site also carries essays which argue against the participation of the United States in the Second World War, speculation about an end of the United States as a cohesive union and assertions the Western world is threatened by an intersection of fascism and socialism alike as politicians and states centralize their power.[17][18][19] These writings are sometimes controversial and have brought harsh criticism from some on the political right.[20][21] His web site also provides podcasts featuring Rockwell’s interviews of various scholars and writers, including many affiliated with the Mises Institute.

No wonder “non-whites” are drawn to Paul. They love the party which kicks them in the teeth on a regular basis so why not this loon?

Ron Paul/Alex Jones drones have never heard of one single piece of evidence as being out of the bounds of rationale. Have you noticed this? I was debating a resident Ron Paul/Alex Jones drone here at work and realized that they hold as valid, every single piece of the conspiracy that has ever been mentioned. It says to me, that none of these drones think that they control their own destiny, which explains their creepy cult habits.

It is very sheik right now to call yourself a Libertarian. If these people would look into Lew Rockwell and Murray Rothbard, Pauls mentors and the fathers of the modern Libertarian movement, they might think twice about saying they were one.

The first step to recovery is to admit you have a problem.

Now on to the next step.

Change your behavior.

“I am voting Ron Paul.”

So...
Blame the US for 9/11, no problem.

Call a traitor a hero, no problem.

Participate frequently on conspiracy nut shows, no problem.

Say there was “glee” in the Bush White House following 9/11, no problem.

Support easy drug availability to screw up even more lives, no problem.

Support the OWS parasites, no problem.

Racist vile newsletters, no problem.

Support Iran nukes, no problem.

Close down all US foreign bases, no problem.

But, I suppose your screen name probably explains your vote. FYI, check the spelling of doobie.

I’m all for giving this exposure (it’s certainly more worthy of coverage than painted rock out in the woods) but does this mean that Barack Hussein Obama’s 20 year association with Jeremiah Wright can again be discussed by the nightly news?

Think for yourself parrot. I am tired of a two headed on party system that trashes the constitution every chance it gets. Blowback is the result of our foreign policy. We really need to mind our own business and protect our own borders. What part of “WE ARE BROKE” don't you get? We can't be the military for the world. Paul's foreign policy is based on the constitution.
