That people find therapy in fiction isn’t surprising.

FUSP

You have so much to say about how other candidates are running yet, if you’re so “concerned” why aren’t you.

Too busy lining up reality tv shows?

Just go away.

FUR69. Where were you the last 3 years when she was taking the brunt of the criticism? Where were you when she was the single biggest factor in our taking back the House of Representatives and many state houses? What have you done? Did you clean up a corrupt state and send people to jail? And when did it become a bad thing to work and provide for your family? What do you do for a living?

I was fighting with her, supporting her, hoping and praying that she’d fight for our country, but alas, Piper and Track voted “no”, so now she’s a cheerleader, I guess.

Check out my youtube site and tell me I didn’t support her.http://www.youtube.com/my_videos?feature=mhee

I expected so much more from Sarah. So much more.

Perhaps it is time for people to quit blaming Piper and Track.

Politicians always use family to make decisions though they are rarely the real reason they make choices. They are just convenient.

I have the book read it.. and shes right..

Cheap energy is at the base of americas economic well being..
Expensive energy forces literally everything to be more expensive..
Americas tar sands and shale has more oil than the entire mideast..
And we have enough natural gas to last for a thousand years.. and we haven’t found it all yet..

Not to speak of the oil off the east coast that hasn’t even been measured accurately yet.. or any of it drilled
Going after this energy would create millions of new jobs..

AND if we could loose a few hundred democrats out of Congress there could be massive rush to build factories in the U.S...

Sharing a little bitty pie is silly compared to making a humongous new large PIE...

I believe this is the truth though. Name another family that’s ever been so abused by liberals. Even a baby.

I don’t believe for one moment that plucky little girl would dictate to her Mom whether she runs for POTUS.

If she were running, most of this field would be gone by now. And not missed. Least of all by the folks who’ve enjoyed crapping on Palin threads the last few years.

I absolutely the believe that 2 of those kids are tired of hearing the insults about their family. You have no idea what it’s like.

As a high schooler, my son was arrested for murder. 20 years later they caught the real killer. But we were in the press and on local TV for 2 years. I even got anonymous hate mail. He spent 18 months in jail and was released by a judge but it was always bad. His younger siblings were deeply affected.

I believe that children wanting to be left alone would sway a parent's decision.

The insults against Palin and her family haven't stopped. They've been going on from the moment she became a major conservative figure, and they aren't going to stop because she didn't run for President. Palin's current career choices are going to keep her in the spotlight - including realityTV shows (I hear there is another one on the way), political commentary for Fox, radio appearances, paid speeches, etc, and there is no reason to believe her decision to stay out of the race will do much to reduce the insults hurled against her family.

Sorry, but you believe Palin on this because you like her so much it blinds you. That's okay, that is human nature to see things differently when it is someone you feel such a connection to. If it were any other politician who ran the "will I or won't I" tease campaign all the way to near the last possible second, I seriously doubt you'd believe they didn't run because a couple of the kids apparently didn't like the idea.

For most clear minded political analysts, it was pretty obvious by late spring/early summer that Palin wasn't running. She had done exactly none of the things she'd need to do to run a campaign, and it was pretty clear Fox News was comfortable she wasn't going to run. I'm sorry you and others refused to see it for so long and insisted she was going to jump in the race. Palin made a political calculation early on, most likely that she couldn't win a general election, and essentially opted out without declaring as much till later. It appears she kept her options open (the wisdom of which is questionable considering the angst it caused so many of her supporters), but at the end of the day this was mostly a political calculation. Oh sure, a couple of the kids may not have liked the idea, but she made the decision not to run based on political considerations. Had she wanted to run, I've no doubt she could have easily sold the kids on the idea.
