Governor Gary Herbert is not endorsing Senator Orrin Hatch as he’s done in the past. Herbert says he has his “own race to run” and it’s best to stay neutral. The governor’s comments come after Hatch announced his support for the governor in his re-election bid. Hatch says he knows the Senate race is a controversial race and he understands that Herbert doesn’t want to weigh in.

I wish that Orrin Hatch had retired as I realize that he has accomplished a lot. But he’s become part of the problem now and we need someone with a conservatve grass-roots outlook.

Hatch needs to be primaried.

If he hasn’t been in the Senate long enough to feather his nest so that it will last him his lifetime by now that’s too bad.

Memo to Orin Hatch: You’ve been in the Senate for WAY TOO LONG! Let somebody else have a chance to represent the state!

ERRIN ORRIN

Sold his soul to the Progressives in D.C. We don’t want any more Politicians who believe in compromises, “this for that” mentality. That is what the Big Guys wants: Fabian Socialism. Send Hatch home, we want a Representative, not a Politician who makes tens of millions in D.C.

I strongly agree that it’s time for Hatch to go. Dan Liljenquist appears to have strong conservative beliefs and, even though his legislative experience in not long, it appears that he is one who “walks the walk” in addition to talking the talk.

Any of you knowledgeable Utah folk have an opinion?

I’m not from Utah and I don’t know any Freepers who are. I don’t doubt that there are Freepers who live in Utah, but I haven’t found any yet.
