Sarah Palin punched back yesterday at President Obama after Obama attacked her in his latest ad. Palin writes from her Facebook page:
The far Left continues to believe American voters are not smart enough to grasp the diversionary tactics it employs to distract us from the issues our President just doesnt want to talk about issues that affect us all every day and must be addressed.
Exhibit A in these diversionary tactics is an absurd new attack ad President Obama has released taking my comments out of context. Im not running for any office, but Im more than happy to accept the dubious honor of being Barack Obamas enemy of the week if that includes the opportunity to debate him on the issues Americans are actually concerned about. (Remember when I said you dont need a title to make a difference?)
The President does seem to have a problem with women. His poll numbers are dropping and there's even been a book written about it: Women in Obama White House felt excluded and ignored:
It says that women occupied many of the West Wings senior positions, but felt outgunned and outmaneuvered by male colleagues such as former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and Summers. I felt like a piece of meat, Christina Romer, former head of the Council of Economic Advisers, said of one meeting in which Suskind writes she was boxed out by Summers. Dunn told Suskind that the problems began during the 2008 campaign. At one point she was viewing a television ad with other campaign officials and was shocked to see no women in the spot. There isnt a single woman in this ad, Dunn said. I was dumbfounded. It wasnt like they were being deliberately sexist....

Dead on.
The far left also hasn't factored in people like me. Or all the other people just like me who aren't out there running their necks. But instead are getting ready. Getting ready.
She challenged him to a duel and he is shaking in his boots! :)
The Child of Kenya needs to knock it off and leave Sarah Palin and her family alone. They might pull that kind of crap in Kenya but that’s not what we do here in America.
EXCELLENT follow-up to Sarah’s brilliant response to Obama’s attack ad. Breitbart is still alive! This is continuing to follow up on the Derrick Bell video, which didn’t seem to make that much of an impression at first, but which will continue to grow if Breitbart and others can follow up on it, just like this.
The chief weapon of Obama and his followers is the race-baiting card, which they pull out a hundred times a day. If we can get people to see through that for what it really is, then he’ll be pretty well out of ammunition.
Then all we need to do is somehow head off the looming GOP determination to commit suicide.
Brilliant work on the part of 0bama’s staffers. When you’re about to have to fight somebody for your office, the best thing to do is find someone who isn’t competing for it but has the teeth of a saber-tooth tiger and attack them instead. Smart. Really smart.
> The far Left continues to believe American voters are not
> smart enough to grasp the diversionary tactics it employs
Unfortunately, they’re right.
Sarah is an optimist. That’s one of the things we like about her.
But the majority of the people in this country is comprised of “Independents” and Leftists.
The “Independents” are better understood as the mushy middle. Even if they do not intellectually agree with the blatant lies emanating from the MSM, they vote as if they do.
Cases in point, the 2006 and 2008 elections.
Gas prices will be artificially driven down in time for the elections.
The MSM will give 0bama0 and his rabid communist rabble all the credit.
The mushy middle will believe it and re-elect him.
Unless Mittens is the GOP nominee and the shadow government has Mittens in its pockets, which I think it does. Then, it’s a toss-up who wins, and we lose either way.
Can someone post a link to the original Obama ad (or summarize it)?
Too bad she can’t literally punch back and make the Sissy-in-Chief cry.
Good post. Right on.
Ah, but there is the X factor.
That soldier in F ghanistan just handed us the keys to the kingdom.
When I say I support him 1000%, I mean 1000%.
The Independents are better understood as the mushy middle. Even if they do not intellectually agree with the blatant lies emanating from the MSM, they vote as if they do.
That has been disproven several times in various polls.
Independent does NOT equal moderate.
Independents (not registered as either Democrat or Republican) are more than 50% conservative; much more conservative than the 20% of Republican moderates who push candidates like Romney, McCain, Bush, Dole, Ford, Nixon, etc.
Obama was elected with the help of votes from these liberal Republicans.
Here here - I’ve been independent my whole life. Some of that I attribute to my military experience and some to my dad and some to my distrust of very large organizations where too many things canbe hid. I’ve voted in one primary my entire life - usually I say unaffiliated (there is an official Independent Party which I’m not associated with) and always get an odd look as I vote an issues only ballot. I am very conservative with classical libertarian leanings - I’m definitely not a moderate.
Unfortunately, that’s what they’ve been doing in this Country for the last 3 1/2 years.
The first line in this article has a link to the original ad. This article also describes what Palin actually said and how the ad takes her words out of context:

And, the *insides* of said boots are soaking wet...
