I wouldn’t call it a “safe Republican conservative district,” but it leans Republican, and Hoogendyk definietely would beat the second-tier candidate the Democrats will run there this November (having been scared off by Fred Upton’s huge campaign warchest); by 2014, after two years in office, Hoogendyk should be able to beat even a first-tier Democrat.

Hmmm....what to do...what to do?

Fred Upton = Kate Upton’s uncle = Kate’s large, wonderful BOOBIES!!!

The district picked up some Republican areas, but Kalamazoo County’s still a rough spot overall despite both Upton and Hoogendyk winning there in the past.

Berrien County will be safer without a black or Chicago guy running for president in the future. Chicago has a lot of influence on SW MI. Benton Harbor will stay home more if one of their own isn’t the nominee.
