The problem is that he can’t repeal ObamaCare on his first day in office. It’s a budget item now so the proper way to get rid of it is to pass a budget without it.

I suppose he could issue an executive order to end it but I’m guessing his advisers will be against it.

He is on record as saying he will give everyone a waiver.
That should buy some time for Congress to start dismantling this mess.

I believe he said he would ask Congress to send him the legislature to sign.
