Like I said. Romney, who is not a career politician, was involved in the private sector and in raising his family during the Reagan era. He was an Independent during the Reagan era because he wasn’t involved in politics. He was raising a family. But he did vote for Ronald Reagan—twice!
I believe that Romney has made a conversion to conservative values. Is it your belief that no one can ever truly change his or her mind on, and therefore we can never, ever trust Romney. As Sarah Palin said, “I trust that his idea of conservatism is evolving. We will want to see that candidate who we can trust will inherently, instinctively turn right. Always err on the side of conservatism.”
