The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, while not affiliated with Mittens run for President, has been ready and prepared as best they can for these attacks. I know some Mormons and they have been directed to channel all information request to the proper people. Of course you can say anything about followers of Christ and get away with it in todays bad is good, good is bad world.
It isn't just the Quorum of 70 that supports Romney, but the Holy Prophet himself that gave Mitt permission and a go light, in a face to face meeting in 2005.
The religion is coordinating millions of dollars of recruiting and christian conversion efforts to capitalize on Mitt's exposure.
