For God is our Heavenly Father, Who loves us unconfditionally, and laid down His rules for a arigahteous life in no uncertain terms, which have never changed to this very day.
But, instead, Satan filled that hungry spot which exists hin each one of us with lies, so now this man is Satan’s evangelist.

This guy hates the truth, so he will never see the light. The greatest examples of sudden conversion usually feature a person ardently searching for the truth. St. Paul would be the archetype example of a zealot opposed to Jesus and his disciples that literally saw the light. I don’t know of any example of a dictator or really powerful, evil man changing his ways and giving testimony of his conversion to Christ. Even Constantine did not convert until his deathbed, continued to worship Apollo and engaged in political assassinations. Most of the Christian kings throughout history invoked their piety and used the Church as a means to consolidate political control over the people and usurping lords.
