WASHINGTON (AP) — Sen. John Kerry dismissed Republican Mitt Romney as “out of touch at home, out of his depth abroad and out of the mainstream” in a Democratic National convention speech that’s the Democrat’s audition of sorts for secretary of state if President Barack Obama is re-elected.
The 2004 presidential nominee praised Obama for ending the war in Iraq, ordering the killing of Osama bin Laden, helping to end Moammar Gadhafi’s regime in Libya and standing with Israel.
“Our opponents like to talk about ‘American Exceptionalism.’ But all they do is talk. They forget that we are exceptional not because we say we are, but because we do exceptional things,” Kerry said in excerpts of his nighttime speech released Thursday...

the fact that Kerry said this kind of makes the case against Kerry..who is out of touch. its the old Republicans are so dumb and democrats are so smart think. thats exactly why thier boss could only think as high as shovel ready jobs and one million over 4 years when we have 23 million un employed.
Especially one that is botoxed a tad too much and scares cats.

I watched a few minutes of Kerry’s speech.
What did I notice? The delegates were hardly paying attention to him. Eight years ago, he was their nominee; and, now, nobody cares.

Not sure what scares me more, another 4 years of BO or Kerry as secretary of state. This entire article is nothing more than a promo brochure for Kerry. Wonder how much he paid to have it written?

Another thing that stuck out at me is how back in 2004 the Democrats insisted that Bush never mentions 9-11 in any way shape or form because it wasn’t supposed to be a partisan issue.
But here we have the Democrats mentioning the guy that was behind 9-11 for political gain multiple times!
The Democrats are out of touch with reality, and firmly enjoy it. If ever there was a party that deserves defeat, it’s the Democrats.
