Time to address conservatives from across the country at CPAC is a prime commodity, especially for politicians eyeing a 2016 run and its not being distributed equally.
According to an internal draft of the minute-by-minute schedule at CPAC, Rand Paul, Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal, and Scott Walker are each slated to give 13-minute remarks on the main stage. Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan, however, get eleven minutes to deliver their comments. Former presidential candidate Rick Santorum is scheduled for a mere seven minutes.
The biggest winners in the time lottery are Sarah Palin (16 minutes) and Donald Trump (14 minutes). Palin and Trump are expected to be crowd-pleasers at CPAC: News of their respective appearances caused ticket sales to spike, according to a source.
However, these differences arent large, and, of course, speakers may well go over or under their allotted time. Nor is the speech on the main stage the only chance politicians necessarily have with attendees...

Will anyone from FR be in attendence?
as she should...
So will these worthies be speaking before or after the fags and RINOs?
I thought Willard was suppose to speak there too
how long does he get ???
Hey c’mon humblegunner.
Lay off just once.
Maybe she’ll surprize us.
It’ll be sort of “boy/girl/boy/girl” from what I can see. Do you know how many people there are here who whine about Tub-O-Lard not getting invited?
Why is a celebrity who surrounds himself with human cartoon characters being given the right to speak at CPAC? This is the kind of decision that makes conservatives the target of well deserved mockery. We ridicule the Dems for the likes of Fluke and Sharpton but Trump is a celebrity whore and to give him a podium at the most important conservative gathering of the year is just plain stupid.
I don’t see a criticism of Governor Palin in his post.
I don’t run CPAC. I have no idea. From his donations he’s either a Democrat or a Lindsay/Rockefeller Republican.
I am well aware of humblegunner’s sincerity.
I did not mean to be critical. Just poking fun is all.
Will Ted Cruz be speaking?
"Who Wants To Hang Out With A Bunch of Wacko Birds When We Have Each Other?"
As much time as he is willing to pay for, I’m guessing.
I’d like to see Governor Palin ask Grover Norquist if he’s seen Pamela Gellar around...
She’d do it, too! LOL
That’s a very disturbing picture...
The last thing we need is to be tied to that liberal attention whore.
Give me Sarah, Cruz, Paul, and that will be good enough for me. Everything else is irrelevant.
