Some on the right loved Rubio because he can somewhat claim being Latino. Truth is that Latinos wouldn’t vote for him.
Rubio is an intellectual lightweight compared to Cruz. I guess you could say that applies to mot everyone else too.
Ted Cruz is just a Latino/Hispanic as Marco Rubio. They’re both Cubans.
