You can’t Murkowski someone just anywhere. It has to be somewhere with a particularly corrupt state party and a village of Eskimos whose signatures you can forge.
Imagine if Joe Miller had actually gotten the seat he won fair and square. He’d have given a speech during Paul’s filibuster for sure.
