If your state’s constitution allows it, you need address those issues at the state level because THERE IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO ACT ON THEM. If you don’t like that, then have your member of congress subits the appropriate amendment to the constitution. The founders spelled out quite clearly how to do that. They didn’t put a footnote at the end saying “forget all that bullsh*t we just wrote, go ahead and do whatever the hell you want.”
