...these groups understand that such efforts have a high likelihood of success, since special elections tend to attract relatively small turnouts dominated by older, more conservative voters. Maybe that's the key - start calling presidential and Congressional elections "special recall elections"...

I'm just one single pixel of a wave of fear among the "woods" being randomly targeted by the Sons Of Obama, one of whom was dealt an early death in NYC last week. Apparently I have missed yet another addition to the "English" language. What does "woods" mean in this context?
