I know. He was lying before the cloture vote, and he lied after it. He has NOT responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I was fairly harsh with him.

This is what his office told me on the phone. He was proud to vote with the House. When I asked about the cloture vote his office personel changed the subject back to the vote to defund, knowing full well that was not the vote in quesiton.
