No, it doesn’t have to pass it.

If these people would STFU and not carry their being queer on their back like a sign, they wouldn’t have to worry about it.

Who among us today would say an employer should have the right to fire someone because of their faith or the color of their skin?

The color of one's skin is not a moral choice. Sexual deviancy is.

If an employer doesn't want to be around a deviant all day (much less pay him out of his own pocket) the he shouldn't be FORCED by the Federal Gov't to do so.

Anti-discriminaton laws, almost by definition, create protected classes of employees. This feeds into affirmative action, which leads to less-than-the-best people being hired, attempted indoctrination of all employees that they must never utter bad things about protected employees which, ultimately has led to an evil man becoming President of the United States.

Equal freedom and equal opportunity for all. No more “protected classes.”

Horsecrap, Ari.

No one is going to force me to have a pierced tattooed homo sitting at my reception desk because they want that job.

They can start their own enterprises and do whatever the hell they want.

Advertisers make big, big money from homosexuals- they have less appreciation of ‘value’ than even dumb sluts.

So the media loves them and will reward any politician who nurtures them- it’s money in their pockets.

The abrogation of private property rights continues unabated in Mordor on the Potomac. Hat tip, Mike Church. Anyone still think we don’t need a A5CC?

What a distraction. Gays/Transgendered aren’t being fired across the nation en masse.

Fleischer ought to be condemning this timewaster and demanding Reid pass a budget to end the Continuing Resolution drama.

As soon as they figure out how to make a couple million each off of it, they will pass it.

Sure the House can vote on it—after Harry Reid scheduled votes on all of the House bills that have been sent to the Senate. Until then he can go to Hell.

Deviants apparently have the right to work wherever they please. The employer, being the one who provides the job; has no say in the matter.

Mitt Romney 1994:

“We have discussed a number of important issues such as the Federal Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), which I have agreed to co-sponsor, and if possible broaden to include housing and credit, and the bill to create a federal panel to find ways to reduce gay and lesbian youth suicide, which I also support.

Homosexuals are already protected in the federal government.

Read
http://www.doi.gov/pmb/eeo/directives/2011-Zero-Tolerance-Memo.cfm

where DOI’s Salazar says: “ - - the Department’s long-standing policy that any type of unlawful discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated and must not occur. This policy affirms the Department’s zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment on the bases of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), age, disability, sexual orientation - - - “

Religious schools and organizations should NOT be required to have openly gay employees. That would violate their freedom of religion which considers the gay lifestyle an abomination.

The Freedom of Religion isn't just for religious organizations. It is for Americans. If my religious beliefs tell me it is wrong to hire such a person I have the same rights as a religious organization.

No one should lose their job, or not get hired, because of their sexual orientation.

This is true, but reverse sexism, where homosexuals in leadership positions favor hiring other homosexuals, is also wrong (though frequently practiced).
