Wendy Davis needs to remember one important thing: She is running for governor of Texas, and for now, her focus needs to be on the Democratic primary. Period. Which means she doesnt have to answer to Rush Limbaugh or any other GOP commentator on the national stage. She is not vying for Rushs vote, nor is she going to win over the kinds of Texas voters who listen regularly to Rush Limbaugh. So who cares what he thinks?
Doubly so for Bristol Palin. The daughter of embarrassingly disastrous GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has zero political insights that are worth anyones time. None. Her only claim to fame is that she emerged pregnant and unmarried just as her mom was chosen as John McCains running mate. Bristol got her own reality show, which also was a disaster. She was on Dancing with the Stars.
But because Bristol blogged last week about Wendy Davis, drawing comparisons between their incomparable experiences with single motherhood, Bristol has managed to draw Wendy Davis onto todays front page of The New York Times. (Bristols blog item came up in a video interview, and Davis responded to the interviewers question, thereby giving Bristol undeserved traction.) Once again, the nation is talking about Daviss imprecise personal history. And yet, nobody seems to have anything new or insightful to say. Its all the same rehash....

She is simply a goldbricking liar.
You’d think she’d be smart enough to know this if she thinks she’s smart enough to be Governor.
The only difference here is that Bristol Palin is actually raising her kid.
In Wendy’s case it doesn’t matter if she gets involved in losing, pointless for her, debates. She is going to lose no matter what she does.
Leftist love to gloss over controversies of their candidates, like Wendy is a fraud; we all know it, so let’s move on. Problem is she is still a fraud, and shouldn’t be moving on anywhere.
If Wendy can’t take the heat of a little national attention, she should run for something more suited to her status, like dog catcher.

Todd, who gave up her kids, and who’s taken care of hers?
G’night now.
Same here, and the same for millions
Whose sleuthing down the streets of Dem cities, lying to everybody she meets, whose faking out the minds of her dummies, everyone knows its Wendy.
And Wendy tells stormy lies, flashing her mascara eyes, and likes to see babies die, for womens rights, its her delights.
Bristol will eat her for lunch.
Bristol Palin will be governor of Texas before Wendy Davis.
I say, turn the tables on them. If I could do the photo shop, I would show Wendy Davis punching Pope Francis in the stomach. The headline would be "Wendy Davis Punches Pope Francis Over Free Birth Control." In my case, I can only ridicule her this way:
stopped reading after “embarrisingly disastrous”
Kind of funny for a supporter of Wendy Davis to refer to any other candidate as "embarassingly disastrous..."
Gee, another RAT editorial? What a surprise. This comrade thinks Palin was “embarrasing”? How anout Wendy and her lies, tovarich?
Yes, because “disasters” always ignite the party base and cause campaign signs to be made with the VP on top...
blind hatred does nothing but make mediocre writing look even worse.
Good point.
Actually Windy Davis was responding to Bristol’s blogpost or facebook comment to Windy, wherein she defends proLife, and opposes Windy’s stand for abortion.
(That would be WEndy with an “i”. :)
