Another Reason For GOP Landslide. The Uninformed Will Likely Forget To Vote In November.

Posted on 02/17/2014 5:13:10 PM PST by Cruz_West_Paul2016

Ask any of the twenty to twenty-five per-cent of the uninformed, questions regarding the 2014 mid-terms,odds are they will be as naive as the people who have no idea who the Vice-President is.A huge chunk of those who voted for Obama will not be in any hurry to vote in the mid-terms being they will be too occupied with either their free phones,flat-screens,free gadgets, and wolfing down their free meals and getting fat!,This is the primary reason the Rats Are In Panic Mode!,Most of the base is either so dumb or just too lazy to vote!,Yet 70 or so Million Conservatives Can't Wait To Throw The Bums Out !!

RE: “Another Reason For GOP Landslide. The Uninformed Will Likely Forget To Vote In November.”

Actually, voter turn out is the ONLY reason the GOP currently holds the House.

For 2014, the Democrats have enough legal eligible voters already in place to easily win the Senate and to easily take a few seats away from the Republicans in the House.

And, since the 2014 GOP election strategy is to deceive, attack, and demoralize Conservatives, that will suppress Conservative turn out even more than it did in 2012, which means the Democrats will pick up a couple more House seats.

To one extent or another this is true. The dems rarely do well in mid-terms when they have the WhiteyHut.

Is that predominantly a Dem thing? I thought POTUS's party almost always lost ground in mid-terms regardless which party it was.

What’s your point? That liberals are dumb? Why would you need to demonstrate that — that fact that they’re liberal already leads to that conclusion!

Scenerio: Obama thru an executive order declares amnesty. The GOP does their job and impeaches him. The Great One’s supporters show up. Possibility? ...

well the dems will keep their seats in any deep blue state/district (does anyone really trust places like philly and chicago?),but being its the blue senators in deep red states, gonna be quite a challenge to create a few million dead people in the deep red south, where precincts are headed by the GOP.

I would not do anything to encourage complacency. The Dems beat the Repubs in voter turn out in the last election - and not all of it was the result of conservative apathy. They used lots of good tactics to get their people out to vote. It could very well happen again despite it being a mid-term election. Do I hope it happens - yes, but we can’t count on it.

We could be in trouble if all of those legalized stoners all show up on time and vote and...no, we won't...

This is historically true. Democrats vote in less numbers in a non-presidential year. They know who the president is but many don't know who their state or federal representatives are so they don't vote in off presidential years. Republicans tend to vote in every election, water district, city, school board, state and federal. We always have the advantage in off presidential years.

right, democrats in general can’t even name who is running for any seat.they are too busy playing with their gadgets or sleeping to watch TV and see the ads.The real dumb ones just look for the “D” on the ballot. {in their state of mind,,,D stands for Dumb/Dufass}.

Shoot, half the BLUE states probably really aren’t. Voter authentication wouldn’t work there, though, because it would be being performed by Dem election officials.

When we get the white hut the first executive order must be that no votes will be accepted from any state or district for any federal position or elector if the state has not implemented a photo id requirement and is actively enforcing the rule.

The dems have taken voting fraud to an art form. They’ll “win”, no matter what’s true.

The following comments have been attributed to Democrat political operative James Carville (aka “Serpenthead”, an appellation given him by his own wife). According to the alleged myth-busting website Snopes, owned and operated by a leftist Canadian husband and wife team who have been often caught shading – or ignoring altogether – information inimical to their leftist agenda, Carville never said this:

(Begin Carville’s “alleged statement”.)
“Ideologies aren’t all that important. What’s important is psychology.

The Democratic constituency is just like a herd of cows. All you have to do is lay out enough silage and they come running. That’s why I became an operative working with Democrats. With Democrats all you have to do is make a lot of noise, lay out the hay, and be ready to use the ole cattle prod in case a few want to bolt the herd.

Eighty percent of the people who call themselves Democrats don’t have a clue as to political reality.

What amazes me is that you could take a group of people who are hard workers and convince them that they should support social programs that were the exact opposite of their own personal convictions. Put a little fear here and there and you can get people to vote any way you want.

The voter is basically dumb and lazy. The reason I became a Democratic operative instead of a Republican was because there were more Democrats that didn’t have a clue than there were Republicans.

Truth is relative. Truth is what you can make the voter believe is the truth. If you’re smart enough, truth is what you make the voter think it is. That’s why I’m a Democrat. I can make the Democratic voters think whatever I want them to.”
(End of Carville’s “alleged statement”.)

My point in bringing this to your attention?

Whether Carville said these things or not is completely irrelevant. The fact is that we are living in the midst of an era in which a distressing portion of the Democrat electorate is proving those words accurate beyond any question or doubt.

And that begs the most important questions we will ever ask: Will America – the admittedly imperfect IDEA the Founders sought to leave us – survive this very dangerous era? And will it survive long enough for some of us to continue improving this fragile experiment in the freest and most productive system in the history of the world or will we allow those whose only goal is to accrete and wield power by any and all means to destroy it and replace it with a system that has failed each and every time it has been attempted?

Each time I deal with this topic, the words of the perspicacious Baltimore journalist – back when journalism was still an honorable profession – Henry Louis Mencken come to mind: “The urge to save humanity is most often a false front for the urge to RULE!”

If we fail to correctly answer those questions in the next national elections, God help us.

But then, since we kicked Him to the curb decades ago, why would He?

Looks like we’re on our own and we probably only have one or two more chances to get it right!

Yes that is true. I think the phenomenon is more pronounced when the dems are da Boss.

Ah, but you’re assuming this hypothetical (R) POTUS would be someone who actually wanted fair elections and not some Krispy McRomneyBuah surrender-bot whose plan was to shoot his VP on January 23, and then resign so that the Dem speaker of the house could become POTUS.

Even those “uninformed” voters will have their votes tallied for the Dems. Those are the votes that are “found” in car trunks, trash cans, closets and vote counter’s backpacks after the initial tally is done.

Not really. Look at 2010 repeat, but a truly bigtime wave election in 2014. Proof is that a number of Dems are stepping down. They see the writing on the wall.
