Well aparently our presidents from both parties don't understand the "il" part of "illegal". Because neither have been willing to enforce immigration, close the border and deport them.

But given that they have been allowed to stay here in some cases more than a decade, then they should be treated right. And making them pay out-of-state tuition, when they have been living in state for many years, is oppression.

No. It is recognizing and celebrating their illegality. They not only shouldn't get in-state tuition, they shouldn't be allowed to enroll at all.
