I still think an attractive, in-charge, intelligent, constitutional-conservative, articulate and energetic guy will attract votes in subliminal ways "the x factor". Know any who poll well in a match up against Hillary?
People are sick of lousy presidents who don't control an agenda in positive ways.
It was the people who re-elected our current President.
An American equivalent of Putin would win in a landside...if he can get past the political class.
I don't think even Reagan could have overcome the free money vote in 2012. Unless the free money stops, I don't see how Hillary can lose, short of really screwing up again.
hillary can be stopped by someone whose articulate, intelligent, energetic and has good instincts as a constitutional conservative. One fine issue will be to end the global war-mongering, which has radical Muslims on the loose...kidnapping and/or killing Christian children. Connect those dots, even when some 'pubs are also implicated. Another issue is that the federal reserve bank and associated maneuverings have destroyed the economic futures of a large percentage of US citizens. Another one is to change the rhetoric to "strict enforcement of existing immigration laws". Another one is states rights.. Another is making federal health care optional. Another is to stop arming rebels anywhere...let's get back to the ballot box instead of abaetting those who want to blow up civilizations.
What we need is a US equivalent of Putin.....someone people can believe in to do the best for his people, and not let anyone make choices for him. Someone with good instincts who understands setting goals and having strategies that meet them. I don't know who it would be. The current crop seem woefully inadequate on the history of civilization and on federal incursion into states rights.
