Based on the logic they are presenting, Clinton is to blame for Boko Haram’s actions due to her not designating them as a terrorist organization during her tenure as Secretary of State.

I think it’s becoming increasingly obvious that Hillary really doesn’t do anything on her own. I read an article by George Will this morning saying that Hillary’s problem is that she simply isn’t very competent and is just a political operative, essentially, with no real achievements to show from her time as Senator,SOS, etc.

The question is whether she will ever admit that she was just following orders, or whether she’ll take the blame. She’s definitely loyal to the party and the men in her life and might take the hit for them.
