What's weird is seeing the pictures together, that Natalie Maines is even uglier than Meagan McCain which is hard to do.

I can't vouch whether the photo of Meghan holding the GOP elephant is Photoshopped. But it is her. The No H8 campaign was started in 2009 by Adam Bouska. Meghan is currently 29. She may well have been that pretty 5 years ago. Below is the No H8 Campaign of her and her mother, Cindy - John McCain's 2nd wife who he had an affair with before divorcing his 1st wife. Compare the 2 pix. They ar of the same young woman.
