We don’t have time for ‘aging’

we need someone who isn’t owned, isn’t cowed, isn’t “blackmailable’

The Republican party’s Achilles heel - “Whose TURN is it?”

Amen! Please, please, please, no more lame loser candidates such as McCain, Romney, Jeb, Rubio, or Ryan. We need a fricking debate champion, which Ted is, incidentally.

Ted Cruz knows what The United States should be and he can articulate it. I believe he can unite this country and expose the divide and conquer tactics of the uniparty and how it has harmed this ailing country.

Let the vetting begin. I like his “lack of experience” he is our Mr. Smith who has gone to Washington. All you Texans should be proud of electing him.

Conservatives are literally praying that the Texas senator will be the 2016 nominee. The rest of the Republican Party isn't so sure.

Conservatives want Cruz. Liberals want Perry. There is a good reason for that.

I thought the left prefers Willard, the proven ringer, or the aspiring ringer, the Tub of Guts from New Jersey, Crispy Crème.

I think lefties in Texas prefer La Raza Rick over Willard. I don’t get it. I reject liberals from every state, and that would not change were one to be my governor.

I’m wondering when they’ll start floating the name of my RINO Governor in TN, Bill Haslam. He’s like Willard lite, a rich Country Clubber. The Dems are so dead in this state (except for influencing our appallingly open GOP primaries and no runoffs) that he may get over 70%+ in November’s reelection (but not my vote).

Bill Haslam, The GOP star you've never heard of?

lol!

The left will forever try to choose the Republican nominee just as it is trying to do now by promoting Rick Perry. We've got our work cut for us in preventing that from happening, especially so when so many around here swallow their propaganda hook, line and sinker.

I think I read that cringeworthy piece at the time. Haslam detests real Conservatives in the legislature and there was a group out doing dirty work for him trying to take out the best Conservatives in the legislature in Thursday’s primary (alas, it was partly successful - they helped in taking out two of the most Conservative members of the House & Senate and one of his recruits, the most liberal RINO candidate in a legislative race, took a plurality win in Joe Carr’s open seat, the man who ran against Lamar!).

He also has a Zero disciple in charge of education in this state who has been a disaster, and yet he refuses to remove him. I could go on, but you get the idea. I can’t stand seeing his smirking, fake sincerity act on tv every time he pops up (knowing how much he privately loathes the Conservative base that he wishes would go away).

I feel your pain. Here in the land of fruits and nuts we're suffering through the second round of Jerry Brown. The people in this state elected the worst possible candidate in this recycled piece of garbage. As if that weren't evidence enough of their certifiable insanity, they believe him a great governor and worse, want him to run for president in 2016!

Liberalism is a disease.

I weep for California (the few remaining responsible citizens, at least). I knew it would be worse off electing the execrable Austrian Socialist to the Governor’s office in 2003, and I was right. He made Off-White Davis look like Calvin Coolidge.

That the Geriatric Maoists in the top three offices (Guv/Senate) and a band of rotating criminal Stalinists in the legislature hold the state hostage and further drive it into third-world mediocrity is appalling to the nth degree.
