It is made at refineries, the leftovers of crude oil after the more valuable products have been removed.

You would have thought they would have found a way to work “big oil” into that demonization. The company is French Total.

I’ve worked in several coke units over the years. I’m assuming the average Dem voter doesn’t know what it is. But its evil.

That would be “Alon”, sir!

And yes, pet-coke is left-overs from refining but is also an ingredient in commercial “charcoal” like Kingsford briquets.

Thanks again to the great entrepreneurs of the the early 1900’s such as Messrs, Firestone, Kingsford and Ford. My BBQ is infinitely better because of them!
