I heard that this was a plan to take out Bush. The more that run, more likely Bush will bud out.

Club for Growth President David McIntosh: In a year in which GOP voters appear likely to have several good pro-economic growth candidates to choose from, Mike Huckabees big government record would stand out from the crowd, and not in a good way.
Washington, DC The Club for Growth PAC issued the following statement in response to reports that former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee may run for President of the United States:
As Mike Huckabee weighs the pros and cons of a second presidential candidacy, he should know that the Club for Growth PAC will make sure that Republican primary voters thoroughly examine his exceptionally poor record of raising taxes and spending as governor, said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. In a year in which GOP voters appear likely to have several good pro-economic growth candidates to choose from, Mike Huckabees big government record would stand out from the crowd, and not in a good way.
In the past, the Club for Growth has published a series of detailed white papers on the economic records of the major candidates for President and intends to do so again in 2016. In 2008, the Clubs paper on Mike Huckabees recordas Governor of Arkansas found, among other things that:
In 2008, a political arm of the Club ran TV advertisements discussing Mike Huckabees record as well:
Mike, Mike, Mike IT ain’t Wednesday! It is Friday and time to go home!
Old enemies:
Mike Huckabee has referred to the Club for Growth as the ‘Club for Greed’. He said regarding the organization’s credibility:
“You have to understand that the ‘Club for Greed’, as I like to call it, is really not being an objective organization. You give them money and they will say whatever you want them to say. [It’s] a pass-through so that people who don’t have the guts to run for office can write a big check and hide behind the trees, and let the Club for Greed go do its dirty work for them...Its been discredited [by] a lot of objective organizations”
The Club For Growth is not a Tea Party Group. The CFG predates the TP by years. This is a tempest in a teapot - an attempt to create to create divisiveness among two distinct Conservative Groups.
i think that Bush will have something to worry about when Cruz and Walker jump into the race. No way he will poll better than either one of them (well, maybe in blue states).
I just remember him as the governor that let a killer go free to come to Seattle and kill four cops ....
The Huckster: nanny stater and amnesty shill deluxe.
I never liked Club for Growth anyway. Tootles. Now I will never listen to another world they have to say. They’re just another group of lying thugs out to deprive the process of its oxygen and voters of their freedom to choose and participate.
It's a full on....get the he:: out of my life!!
I think Huck knows he’s not going to win, but finishing in the second tier gives him cred for VP.
