Jeb Bush is just a bridge too far for most of the rank and file that make up the Republican party, though the bosses and the money men still profess to “like” Jeb.

With so many good alternatives out there to choose from, what is this fascination with perpetuating a “dynasty”? There is no particular virtue in “preserving” certain bloodlines, even as the perspective of history invites critical review of what the predecessors in that line may or may not have accomplished.

Merit should be rewarded only AFTER the fact, not as a preemptive motive to “encourage” growth in a particular direction. As a corollary, when merit is demonstrated, it SHOULD be rewarded.

There is a lot more merit among others out there than Jeb has demonstrated just for himself.

I’ve worked with people like Jeb,always in motion-never get anything done. He’s not a real leader, more of a company man.

Ted Cruz being one of them......LISTEN to him....”merit” can mean alot to different folks...especially the RINO’s..it's about winning to them.....No merit in that IMHO.......
