It’s not much, but I’m sending him $100. Go Ted.

Guess I’m not the only one who thinks Trump will fold and Senator Cruz will reap the rewards.

“What does a man like that do with an opening bid of $52 million and the support of both small donors and some fabulously rich men?

Aim.

Bush probably won’t be Cruz’s first target. The most pressing business for Cruz is to consolidate support on the party’s right, which will require reducing Scott Walker from Destroyer of Unions to just a guy who talks out of both sides of his mouth. Walker’s inconsistency on key issues — darned if we don’t encounter immigration and Common Core again! — is the sort of story that can be easily explained in 29.5 seconds. And Cruz’s money will buy a lot of 29.5-second blocks to tell it.

If Cruz succeeds in dispatching the unreliable Walker, he can inherit some of Walker’s support and turn either to Marco Rubio, if Rubio has gained traction, or to the main event: Bush.

The beauty of Cruz’s positioning is that it insulates him from lesser claims on his virtue — such as calls for partisan loyalty or Senate collegiality. If he annihilates Walker, Rubio and/or Bush — any of whom is likely to be more electable than Cruz — they will only be incidental casualties, the kind of sacrifices required of a true patriot. Some Republicans might wish that Cruz loved his country, or himself, just a little bit less. “

He had better.
The Cheap Labor Express has already spent billions buying most of the GOP.

The RNC is really intent on nominating an amnesty candidate.
¡Yeb! and Rubberio aren’t faring so well.
They have more in the wings.

I will continue to give to Cruz, and if Jeb or some other GOPe loser is the nominee, I hope Cruz goes third party. If not, I will write him in.

They (Bloomberg) overestimate Rubio and underestimate Walker, either way CRUZ has a PLAN, Trump In or Out.

CRUZ has A LOT of little $$$$$$$$ from Little poor people that really care about this Country, hopefully it’s enough to WIN!!

CRUZ or LOSE.

It sounds like Francis Wilkinson is jealous!
He's trying to motive a circling firing squad.
Too bad that the public isn't buying the "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS" watered down version of the Democrats' Agenda. < /sarc>

But shows that TRUE CONSERVATISM SELLS !
Go TED CRUZ !

The most pressing business for Cruz is to consolidate support on the party’s right, which will require reducing Scott Walker from Destroyer of Unions to just a guy who talks out of both sides of his mouth.

A lot of us who are for Cruz first, and Walker second, with reservations about both, appreciate that Cruz has not done that. There is a lot of low hanging fruit, such as Dr. Ben Carson who was grabbing about 11% before Trump jumped into the pool. Carson also has about $10 million to stay in for a while. Huckster also still polls decently.

Walker's votes don't necessarily all go to Cruz. Like it or not, a substantial segmaent of primary voters want a governor, NOT a Senator. Walker takes votes from John Ellis Bush as well as from Cruz, Carson, Jindal, Santorum, Huckabee, etc. While the illegal alien issue and Common Core are not Walker's strong points, those of us who have lived and/or worked in Wisconsin would not even dream of categorizing him as weak or a flip-flopper in general.

Too many states have "sore loser" laws that make that impossible in too many states. I'd like to see a quiet panic button "third party" set up with say Sarah Palin/Peter Fitzgerald as the ticket if John Ellis Bush got the nomination. But it would have to be set up in the next few months.

With 50 million dollars, (probably a third of what he needs to be competitive,) Cruz’s goal must be to catch fire before Florida, AND WIN PRIMARIES. If he can’t, he should drop out and endorse the highest-polling conservative. “Hanging in there” without winning primaries, on a shoe-string budget, waiting for others to drop out... NOT a winning strategy.

Santorum-Gingrich-Paul- divided the conservative vote in 2012, if two had dropped out and endorsed the third, Mitt would not have won.

If a candidate doesn’t have the money, (up front like BUSH) hit hard, win early, gain momentum, get more money- AN UPWARDS SPIRAL.

KNOCK JEB OUT OF THE RACE or QUIT. No more moderates!

Jeb and Marco are, I suspect, tag teaming until they get to Florida in the primaries.

Jeb was Florida’s governor and Marco was Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives, and both served at the same time. Both men backed the sanctuary counties in Florida, and now support amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

If Jeb wins all 99 electoral votes in Florida during the primaries, which I believe is their plan, it will be very difficult for any one else to gather enough electoral votes to overcome Jeb.

Whoever it is who plans on having either Jeb or Hillary in the White House is thoroughly ticked off about Donald Trump.

That was a direct quote from the article, not my personal assessment of Gov. Walker’s integrity.

If he can’t, he should drop out and endorse the highest-polling conservative.

Well that would leave Trump out, since he is a moderate.

Whom else did you have in mind?

And why not give that advice to the gadfly candidates at the lower level such as Gomer, Sweater Vest, Doctor Kildare, Ron Paul, Jr., Miss Carly, Krispy and Linda?
