Did Reagan joke and insult anywhere near the level Trump does? Are the insults jokes or not?
The country was not in the same shape when Reagan was elected. Had the Reagan administration been followed by another Conservative President, instead of the George H.W. Bush, a Pussy President if there ever was one.
