He has a much better shot at it than the polls say. Remember, he was “losing” in Iowa according to the polls and in 5th place in New Hampshire,

Did Cruz attack Trump on his service or lack of? If not stick with the issue, and the issue is that we have all pretty much decided that it’s not an issue. The democrats don’t have a leg to stand on considering mr. dodger clinton.

Hey, I'm asking. I have read this somewhere. I read that Cruz came to the University of Texas (or something) courtesy of Castro.

Great. Another false assertion.

You know I once read somewhere that Donald Trump likes to stop at truck stops and waysides looking for glory holes.

Hey, don't blame me. I didn't say it. I'm just repeating it.

When Trump tells you that Vietnam Vets are punk ass bitches after the election what are you going to do?

The politicians have done that already, so that hope is already gone.

My only hope left is that somehow, it will be different this time. But again, I've already seen my country crumble, so to invest its future in politicians again, seems kind of stupid from my reading of history.

It couldn't be any worse.

Well, I am right now watching your candidate lying through is teeth on FOX.

I can’t blame you for not realizing when someone is telling the truth.

My uncle got a deferrment for the same reason. Navy refused hubby for knee surgery he had, and me for hearing loss.

Not likely to happen. Seems to me he donated a cool million to build the Vietnam Vets Memorial in New York. He also gave a quarter million to a Vet parade and raised another quarter million. Credited with making the parade possible. He took care of our Marine who spent far too long in a Mexican prison, ignored by everyone but Trump. Every vet I know loves him. Can’t say that about any of the other candidates.

Projection is a dangerous trait.

Exactly what is it you think Cruz is "lying" about?

What did you do when you found out you couldn’t keep your doctor or your plan?

From Wikipedia:

Cruz was born in Matanzas, Cuba, in 1939. His father, Rafael Cruz, was a salesman for RCA, originally from the Canary Islands, Spain. His mother, Emilia Laudelina Díaz, was a teacher.[4][5][6]

Cruz states he joined the Cuban revolution at age 14 and "suffered beatings and imprisonment for protesting the oppressive regime"[7][8][4][9] of dictator Fulgencio Batista.[10][11] According to Cruz, as a teenager, he "didn't know Castro was a Communist".[12][13][14] Cruz has stated in interviews that he fled Cuba at age 18 in 1957, after an attorney for the family bribed a Batista official to grant him an exit permit.[1][15][2] Cruz said he left with $100 sewn into his underwear before the Battle of Santa Clara, in which the revolution toppled Batista on January 1, 1959.

Hahaha throwing shyte at the walls and hope something will stick?

Trump has a VERY LONG HISTORY of helping the vets, and has donated much more money to them, than mine and yours net worth combined!

Just one of the things he said is that if Trump is elected he’ll cost us the second ammendment....that isn’t verbatum by the way.

I was shocked...Trump has a concealed carry permit and is totally pro second ammendment.

To you, and all the vets on this forum who served - thank you for your service! I lost many friends in that Viet Nam war - which to this day I don’t know why we were there if we weren’t allowed to win. Having said that - Trump is the logical choice - he at least went to Military School - I think I heard him say he wanted to go into the service, but, couldn’t because of bone spurs on his feet. So, this is his way of serving his country.
